Mindfulness is a practice that can provide one a complete lifestyle shift with the possibility of experiencing greater amount of inner peacefulness.

It is difficult to explain all the advantages of mindfulness, however, its intent can be briefly summarized as a practice to be fully present with focused awareness, an acceptance and open attitude, and a non-judgmental approach while inviting compassion for self and others.
