Reimbursement

You can reach out to your insurance provider and ask about reimbursement rates. I can provide a SuperBill for you to be able to get reimbursement after private paying. Please reach out to your insurance provider and determine if they reimburse for "out of network" providers and what that rate might be as well as what the procedure for that is.
